Number 1 Home Inspector

Michael was great! He was so thorough and explained everything so clearly that both the buyer and sellers were impressed! As a realtor, I want any problems with a house to be found so the buyer feels secure and safe in their new home. Michael made that happen.

Michael was a great inspector. He took pictures of everything he saw and went over it all with us. He explained everything to us and was very knowledgeable on what you should be looking for when buying a home.

Fantastic Experience! Above all, Michael allowed us the peace of knowing he was skilled in his trade, put us first, and was all-around the right guy for the job! He went beyond the scope of his duties to make us feel important and valued. We will be scheduling with Number 1 Home Inspector again for our 12-month New Home Warranty Inspection and recommending Michael to EVERYONE we can! 10/10 Michael was on time, professional, informed, and truly put us first. Our builder for a New Construction home only allowed us a small window for a private inspection before closing; this was no issue for Michael. He was flexible during the scheduling and gave us the confidence he would be there for us. The builder was on site so Michael spoke to him directly which allowed us the privilege of not relaying any of the issues ourselves. The report was delivered sooner than advised and everything was well detailed and documented. He took time to take several pictures of the areas with concerns and even let me use his personal Blue Tape to get a head start on marking the areas for the builder to see. At no point did we feel like this was just his "job" or that we were just another number on the list. He really seemed to enjoy his profession and that matters when you're talking about this kind of work. -

We had a wonderful experience with Michael, he was exceptionally thorough and spent a lot of time explaining everything to us answering all of our questions. He even walked us back through to show us some spots that we wanted a better understanding of. (Just due to being first time homeowners) We would highly recommend!

Michael went above and beyond on the inspection of our new home. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we understood how things work, why they are meant to be a certain way, and was very honest about the things he felt were minor and those that definitely needed to be addressed by the homeowner! He is also one of the only inspectors left in the area that physically climbs up on the roof to do the most thorough inspection possible. I will recommend him to everyone I know!! 10/10
