Our builder for a New Construction home only allowed us a small window for a private inspection before closing; this was no issue for Michael. He was flexible during the scheduling and gave us the confidence he would be there for us. The builder was on site so Michael spoke to him directly which allowed us the privilege of not relaying any of the issues ourselves. The report was delivered sooner than advised and everything was well detailed and documented. He took time to take several pictures of the areas with concerns and even let me use his personal Blue Tape to get a head start on marking the areas for the builder to see. At no point did we feel like this was just his "job" or that we were just another number on the list.
